A graduate of UMass Amherst with highest distinction, Kayleigh earned her degree in Psychology and Sociology, further deepening her expertise with graduate coursework in Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health at the University of South Florida. Her academic background laid the foundation for her career in the behavioral health and nonprofit sectors, where she has made significant contributions to various organizations dedicated to improving the lives of others.
Throughout Kayleigh’s career she has worked closely with adults and children facing complex mental health challenges. In each of her professional roles, Kayleigh demonstrates a deep commitment to improving the well-being of those she served, applying her knowledge of psychology and human behavior to develop and implement effective care strategies. Her experience across these diverse settings has equipped her with a nuanced understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with mental and developmental disabilities, as well as the skills needed to advocate for and support them effectively.
Currently residing in the Greater New Haven area, Kayleigh is dedicated to building and giving back to her community. At Racebrook Consulting, she collaborates with Jen Fournier on cross-disciplinary projects and contributes to the broader mission of strengthening communities through effective and compassionate service. Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend and their dog, cherishing the balance between personal fulfillment and professional growth.
